Metchem Industries offers a range Hydraulic Cylinders. These are available in various types such as welded, tie-rod and bolted type. The company can also make specific custom design cylinders to suit any application. The sizes range from 32 mm to 580 mm bore, and maximum pressure is 300 bar.
- Cylinder tube – Honed tube of St52 BK grade
- Piston rod – Hard chrome rod of CK45 grade with 25 microns max 40 microns plating, induction hardening done if required
- Seals – Imported German make
- Mounting – Mild steel; and
- Gland and piston – C45 single piece construction
