Hydrotronics Industries is engaged in manufacturing of high quality Hydraulic Cylinders to fulfil the basic needs of hydraulic machinery manufacturers and other end users. Established in the year 2005, the company manufactures 1 tonne to 1500 tonnes capacity single acting, double acting, double ended hydraulic cylinders with different mounting clevis, front flange, rear flange, trunnion and as per the need of customers. The company also manufactures special hydraulic cylinders with positive mechanical locking for special applications where high pressure locking for long time requires, which are used in filter presses, construction of precast tunnel structures, etc. The brief specifications of these hydraulic cylinders are: bore size – 25 to 800 mm; stroke – up to 2500 mm; working pressure – up to 5000 PSI; and material of construction – stainless steel for special applications in chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, and food processing machinery. These cylinders are used within various hydraulic machine building, shipbuilding, construction, mining, steel mills, etc. The company also designs, develops, manufactures and supplies hydraulic power packs as per the need of the customers.
