Compact hydraulic power packs

Hawe Hydraulics Pvt Ltd offers compact hydraulic power packs, which provide high pressure. The unique integrated fan configuration makes these hydraulic power packs suitable for continuous operation or intermittent service. The HK type is equipped with a radial piston pump or a gear pump. The maximum operating pressure of the radial piston pump is 700 bar and of the gear pump is 150 bar. The high-pressure pump can provide a delivery flow of approximately 13 LPM. The maximum delivery flow of the low-pressure pump is 16 LPM. The fan hood directs the stream of air, which is created by the fan wheel, through the ribs. It thereby ensures intensive heat dissipation. For even more temperature sensitive applications there exists the version HKF with an auxiliary blower. In this case the cooling effect is improved by another 25 per cent. Complete hydraulic control systems can be created by directly mounting various combinations of connection blocks and valve banks to the HK pump.
