Sudarshan Fluidtech is one of the leading manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders in South India. The company? s manufacturing plant in Coimbatore caters to the hydraulic cylinder requirements of OEMs in different industrial segments ? machine tools, hydraulic presses, earth moving machinery, plastics and rubber processing machinery, paper and textile processing industries, mobile equipments and tractor attachments and agricultural implements. It manufactures cylinders to BIS, ISO and CETOP standards. Standard range includes tie rod, welded and compact construction with bore ranges from 25 mm to 400 mm and strokes up to 4000 mm. These cylinders are rated for a working pressure range of up to 315 kg/sq.cm and temperature range of -30?C to +100?C. The company makes cylinders in excess of this pressure and temperature range based on specific requirements. The cylinders are designed and manufactured with low friction advanced sealing solutions from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Pvt Ltd (formerly Busak Shamban Sealing Solutions). The seals used have minimal friction resulting in low power loss during motion and also can work under very high speeds. The piston rods are induction hardened and hard chrome plated for superior dent and corrosion resistance and longer seal life. The tubes are micro honed to optimum surface finish of 0.4 Ra or better.
