The company is the largest manufacturer of hydraulic rubber hoses in the Asia Pacific region, with its Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 certified by DNV. It had pioneered the manufacture of general hydraulics hoses like 1SN, 2SN, 4SP, 4SH, R12, R13, R15 rubber hoses and thermoplastic hoses R7 and R8. Apart from these, the company also manufactures special hoses like the 436 Series for high temperature pneumatic applications, perpetuity hoses for back-hoe loader applications and fuel dispensing hoses, AC hose for trucks and buses application, slim hole hose for off-shore platform drill rigs. Parker one-piece fittings, suitable for all hoses produced by the company, have unmatched popularity world-wide too. The superiority of the assemblies are further validated by the rigorous testing that they are put through. Spiral hose assemblies have to withstand up to 1 million impulse cycles and braided hoses up to 400 K impulse cycles, the standards double the requirement of SAE/EN standards. The state-of-the-art testing laboratory uses the latest impulse test rigs in addition to general test equipment. The company has the capability of doing flex/dynamic impulse test for hoses up to 2” (ID) with working pressure ratings up to 6000 psi. The products have approvals from major accrediting bodies like DGMS, GL, DNV and BV for supplying hoses and hose assemblies for heavy-duty applications used in mines, shipping, etc., and ATEX approval for fuel dispensing hoses.
