Twin Lobe Rotary Air Compressors (Inlet 1 1/2")

Twin Lobe Rotary Air Compressors (Inlet 11/2") are manufactured and designed using heavy duty close grained cast iron. This ensures vibration-free performance, oil and moisture-free air. These twin lobe rotary air compressors are also installed with gears that are manufactured using alloy steel and precision-cut sophisticated machines to ensure perfect accuracy. The lobes mounted on two parallel shafts in the housing are manufactured using cast iron, which ensures accuracy. These lobes rotate in opposite direction, each trapping between the cylinders in a known volume of air. Rotating within the housing of the compressor, these lobes carry and force it out positively from the discharge opening. The rotation of lobes happens twice of each or four times for the combined revolutions of both lobes for each revolution. A definite amount of air is displaced by GNEC compressors with each revolution, which assists in volume moving at any R.M.P. and pressure can be reckoned or speed can be selected for desired capacity. The date table shall portray different capacities of various sizes in GNEC twin lobe rotary compressors. The variation can be obtained in variable speed drives.
