Tri Lobe Rotary Compressors (Roots Blower) / Exhausters are available in five models that cover capacities from 700 m3/hr to 20000 m3/hr. The machines are air-cooled. The components are manufactured on extremely precise machineries, which make them suited for high-speed operations. Customer specific designs and applications can be executed with changes in orientation, MOC, etc.
Kiln firing / charging in cement and steel plants, water treatment systems, aeration, filter backwash, pneumatic conveying, process industries, central vacuum system for paper processing and in general to handle environmental pollution.
These are state of the art blowers involving two rotors (impellers) having tri-lobe configuration. This results into symmetric design imparting extremely high degree of stability and rigidity during high speed running. This feature makes this design an ideal choice for smooth and vibration free running. This high speed running automatically results into very high volumetric efficiency.
