Indo-Air Compressors Pvt Ltd offers Rotary Screw Compressors from 7.5 HP to 150 HP and has established a large base of customers in the last two years. The parts which go in to making of screw compressors are unique and contribute to the smooth working of the compressor. The company takes utmost care in technical requirements of these parts while selecting and also incorporates certain parameters in the compressor control system to monitor and giving warning signals in case of mal-functioning of these parts. Suction filter: genuine parts of excellence to prevent dirt and contamination from entering the air end of the compressor. Clean or replace air filter warnings appear on screen which are set at the factory for optimum trouble free working. Normally filter replacement are recommended every 1000 hours of working. Air oil separator: high efficient air oil separator ensures the maximum oil in the air is collected at the bottom of the vessel to minimise carry-over and loss of oil from the system. The company highlights the need for replacement of oil separator when pressure drop reaches 0.6 bar. Air-oil heat exchanger: optimised design large air-oil heat exchanger combined with the cooling fan ensures sufficient cooling of air and oil in the system. The heat exchangers are factory checked by hydraulic pressure to ensure no leakage. Oil filter: a fine mesh filter ensures sending only clean oil to screws thus protecting the rotary screw from any aberrations giving long life to parts and the recommended replacement of oil filters is every 3000 hours of working. Indocool fluid: has good resistance against oxidation, emulsification, foaming and good air-oil separation characteristics in screw compressors. Oil change is recommended every 300 hours of running of the compressor
