Rotary Screw Air Compressors

SA-Series Rotary Screw Air Compressors use environmentally friendly technology, which is a combination of smart compressor layout, component selection and location, cooling air flow and operation to minimize the impact of temperature to compressor efficiency and reliability.

SA Series compressors are equipped with the intelligent AIMS Plus controller. This controller keeps it running at peak efficiency by monitoring: pressure control, service history log, number of motor starts, number of off-load change, RS485 communication port, sequencing control up to maximum 16 compressors, service timers for optimized maintenance, multilingual alphanumeric/graphical display, low temperature protection for compressor, two pressure bands for peak and off peak use, and total operating hours-motor, compressor, air end.

These compressors have standard features such as TEFC motor, enclosure filters, low sound enclosure, automatic belt tensioning, multifunction suction valve, high capacity suction filter, low temperature protection, multi-step oil separation, multi-level safety systems, microprocessor controller, mixing three way thermostat, advanced controller with sequencing.
