Regulators For Compressed Air

Gautam Pneumatics is a manufacturer and exporter of coalescing filters and other filtration products. Air-driven equipment operates efficiently and economically at specified controlled pressures. Airchamp high capacity, ruggedly designed regulators for continuous service are essential to adjust and conserve compressed air accurately and precisely. Variation in supply pressure or airflow has no significant effect on regulated pressure. These regulators are available in three pipe sizes of ¼, 3/8 and 1/2 BSP. The maximum supply pressure is 400 psig. Standard regulator is supplied with reduced pressure range of 0-150 psig; ranges of 0-60, 0-100 and 0-250 psig are available on order. For the best performance it is recommended to choose the nearest reduced pressure range. The maximum temperature is 75°C. Materials of construction: body – pressure die cast zinc alloy; spring cage – pressure die cast LM6; renewable seat and valve assembly – brass; screws, valve spring and strainer – SS; regulating spring – powder coated; and diaphragm, disc and seal gaskets – Buna/Viton. The regulator is available with two full flow pressure gauge ports of 1/4 BSP, one sealed with brass plug. A 50 mm dial back connection pressure gauge is available on order.
