Metalex Cryogenics Ltd (formerly Metalex Process Equipments India Pvt Ltd) has introduced the model MX-100, refrigeration compressor. Salient features: minimum oil consumption is guaranteed by three-compression and two oil scrapper rings per piston; this minimises oil flow through discharge gas line; total safety is ensured by built-in arrangement of cylinder head-spring; quick cooling is guaranteed by use of dynamically balanced crankshaft, resulting in smooth functioning of the oil pump and vibration free running of the machine; special coating provided around water jackets prevents corrosion and ensures effective cooling; improved suction and discharge valves and has no load starting, requires lesser initial torque and ensures higher power efficiency; and genuine Metalex spare parts are available at arms length at most affordable rates.
