Kobelco has launched compressor operations in India under company formed as Kobelco Compressors India Pvt Ltd. Kobelco Compressors India is a subsidiary of Kobe Steel Group who is a major steel producer in Japan, founded in 1905. Kobelco Compressors India shall be marketing their oil injected compressors (15-250 kW) and oil free compressors (15-400 kW) range of compressors suitable for Indian market catering to various industrial segments. The company has appointed qualified sales and after sales team and is partnering with established industry players as Channel Partners for sales and after sales support across India. Kobelco is already an established brand in India with company operating in many other businesses through their subsidiaries in India.
