Hydraulic Compressor and Crimping Tool

Hydraulic Compressor is most handy and portable machine for making compression joint in ACSR, AAAC, AAC and copper conductors from 33 KVA through 800 KVA transmission line. Different sets and types of dies are available for compression joints of different conductors.

Model HCM
The pump unit is concealed inside the oil tank while it is operated from outside with an operating handle. This makes this model fully integrated unit. Available capacity of 100t.

Model HCR Series
The pump unit is supplied separately with 2 m high pressure hose to make it handy and lighter for better portability. One more advantage is, this model can be converted into power operated system with the help of power pack unit. The power pack runs on electric motor or petrol engine. Available in capacities: 150t, 100t, 65t, 30t and 20t ranges.

Die sets
Different sets of dies are supplied for compressing different conductors both for steel and aluminium portion. Die sets are made out of forged carbon steel, properly heat treated for making compression joints of ACSR conductors and Ground wires as optional accessories.

YOTA Hydraulic compressor
Model HCR 100. This is light weight, 100t capacity with split pump connected with HP Hydraulic hose. Can operated through hand pump or power pack kit is available separately. Wt apprx. 48kg.

Accessories for Hydraulic Compressor
Light weight, compact & extremely portable, swiveiling for overhead jobs. Capacity 20t, 30t supplied with split pump with 2m hydraulic hose. Extra length of hose available (optional) upto 15 M length. Die set for compression joints made out of EN 9 steel, heat treated & electro-galvanized.

Crimping Tool
YOTA Crimping Tool is very handy for crimping copper, aluminium, lugs and armoured cables with different sizes of hexagonal dies, supplied along with the Tool for crimping upto 400sq.mm conductor.
