Eclipse compressors

Frick India, Faridabad offers a complete and wide range of Eclipse and 2-stage internally compound compressors to meet the requirements of any industrial or commercial application. The Eclipse high-stage compressor of 202, 303, 404, 606, 1503, 1506 and 1509 sizes cover a nominal capacity range of 5 TR to 288 TR with R-717 and 5 TR to 168 TR with R-22 under different operating conditions. Two-stage internally compound compressors featuring both high and low stage cylinders compounded in a single compressor frame, are available in 3 sizes to effectively cover a nominal capacity range of 1.5 TR to 40 TR with R-717 and 1 TR to 36 TR with R-22. These compressors are available in V-belt drive arrangement. Special features: Minimum vibration: Highly efficient design principles combine with precision workman ship and perfect balancing assuring smooth, quiet operation with minimum vibration. Space and foundation requirements: These compressors not only require minimum floor space but, due to their lighter weight and smoother operation, may be safely installed on a less costly foundation anywhere, including upper floors. Minimum energy consumption: Due to highly efficient and fully automatic capacity control system. Low maintenance cost: Rugged design, top quality materials and superior workmanship in critical parts ensure smooth working even under extreme conditions. Designed for heavy-duty continuous operation. Renewable parts: All parts subject to wear (including connecting rod bearings) are renewable and can easily be replaced in the field. Bearings, valves, seal components and other moving parts are manufactured to precision standards. Structural steel base compressor is factory mounted. Adjustable motor mount for direct or belt drive operations. Other optional features include crankcase heater for ammonia compressors, oil pressure switch, LP/HP cut-out, gauge control panel and rail type vibration eliminators.
