Construction features: crankcase ? the pressure tight crankcase is high grade iron; crankshaft ? thoroughly well balanced crank pins with integral counter weights to ensure balanced and smooth operation; cylinders ? precision bored and honed to give desired smooth finish to reduce friction, wear and tear; the cylinders are separated and detachable from crankcase for cleaning, inspection and servicing; pistons are matched for smooth and vibration free operation; short piston strokes and low piston speed reduce heat generation and decreases power losses; valves open and close quickly which results in high efficiency; totally maintenance free; and flywheel cum fan are well balanced to ensure vibration free and smooth running of compressors and effective cooling of the cylinders.
