Air Compressors

International Compressors offers a range of Air Compressors. Special features: piston and rings – low expansion aluminium alloy piston with international standard piston rings for positive sealing are elevated temperatures; crank case and end covers – high quality graded cast iron; cylinder – special cast iron, deep finned for quick heat dissipation; finger valves and disc valves – special hardened ground/tapped stainless steel for longer durability and less wear and tear; all receivers – all air receivers are hydro pressure tested and all compressors are tested for specified cycles in final assembled condition; fan – aero dynamically designed fan with large blades for higher air flow; crankshaft assembly – made of carbon steel dynamically balanced with roller bearings for connecting rod big end and deep grooved ball bearings for journals assembled true Y and X axis; and inter/after cooler – deep finned aluminium alloy specially designed to keep the temperature low and to minimize the formation of carbon. Standard accessories: auto pressure control switch (except in models IC-5). Starters are provided only for three phase motors models, pressure gauge, safety valves, air outlet ball valve and non-return valves, motor pulley, V-belts supplied with motor only, solenoid switch delivery unloader and star delta starter are provided for models TS-150, SS-150 and SS-200, base mounted units can be made as per customer’s requirements, optional extra accessories auto drain valve, air drier, anti vibration pad, line filter, filter cum regulator moisture separator.
