Air Compressors

Pilot Group manufactures Air Compressors. It delivers high operating efficiency. The cooling efficiency is enhanced due to finned cylinder and cylinder-head aided by bigger fan blades on pulley. Non-return valves are tough in construction and can be easily dismantled for maintenance. Air filter is made of superior filter element with noise dampening body. Applications: suitable for wide range of applications in industries, garages, service stations, paint booths, lacquering, foundries, textile units dental clinics and in homes; and for use of compressed air spray painting and pneumatically operated fixtures. Technical data: piston - made from low-expansion aluminium alloy; cylinder - deep finned for quick cooling which is made of special grade cast iron; valve - made of spring steel for high efficiency; and crank shaft - made of mild steel and is dynamically balanced.
