Air Compressors - Belt Driven

Maruti Enterprise, Rajkot, offers belt-driven air compressor whose body is made from high-grade casting. High capacity cylinder offers maximum displacement per stroke. It is deep finned for quick cooling and mirror finished for smooth working. The piston is made from special cast iron or aluminium alloy. Crankshaft is made from special forged steel ground to the close tolerance for high efficiency. Connecting rod is made from forged steel or bronze or gunmetal. Valve plates are made from special stainless steel material for high resistance, high efficiency and for self-floating feature. The air tank made from high-grade steel assures long durability. Lubrication is by splash thus assuring sufficient supply of oil to all parts during operation. Standard accessories include air receiver, pressure gauge, safety valve, air cock, drain cock, non-return valve, slide rails for fixing motor and motor pulley. Extra equipment such as automatic pressure switch, motor starter, electric motor, V-belt and belt guard are available.
