A supplying and integration agency, the company can offer rotor overhauling of air compressor sets of all kinds of well-known brand air compressors (e.g., Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, ELGI, CPT, Kirloskar and Kaeser air compressors), make the repaired rotor conform to the original standards by inspecting and adjusting strictly according to the demand of rotor design. 1. Maintenance contents: Maintain the surfaces of male and female rotors and make thermal spraying treatment for severe damage, replace the rotor bearing, oil seal, gasket, testing balance of rotors, correct clearances of rotors, replace gear or inspect clearances of gears, replace seal element, tighten element of gear case, and clean internal oil supply system. 2. Maintenance and repair effect: rotor compressing capacity after being repaired conform to the original condition, prevent compressor sets from heavy failure in advance to prolong service life of compressor sets, preventive service to protect screw air end. The company has SPM test facility available to check the condition of the screw air end. On the basis of the SPM test report, it can save the air end from failure and plan overhauling of screw air end in advance.
