These include: crankshaft - overhung crankshaft with replaceable bushing crank pin; the crankshaft is balanced precisely and fitted with ball bearings; connecting rod - connecting rods are one piece with solid end construction and do not require any adjustment; piston - piston are made of aluminium/cast iron and balanced for smooth running; pistons have compression rings and oil control rings for better efficiency of the compressor; cylinder - special graded cast iron deep finned cylinders for quick heat dissipation; valve - finger valves and concentric ring valves are made of high quality stainless steel. All the valves are very easy to dismantle for servicing.
