Producer Gas Plant

Vikash Engineering Industries offers a Producer Gas Plant. Producer gas is the cheapest fuel for industrial use. The producer gas can be generated from steal coal, coke lignite, charcoal, bio-coal, imported steam coal, etc. By the producer gas 1250°C of temperature can be achieved and the heating value of the gas is 1250 k.cal/Nm cube. The temperature of the gas is 200°C to 250°C whereas the pressure varies from 50 mm WC to 100 mm WC (pressure as per requirement) at the outlet of the producer gas plant. The company can supply plants of various capacities from 2 lakh k.cal/hr to 60 lakh k.cal/hr. The company also manufactures and supplies furnaces like solution annealing, shuttle kiln, tunnel kiln, roll down furnace and others.
