Veecon-IPA Gastechnik Ltd. offers Membrane Nitrogen Plant. The membrane modules are composed of millions of polymeric are composed of millions of polymeric hollow fibres, each about the diameter of a human hair. These fibres separate the components of the air (approximately 79% nitrogen and 21% oxygen) using the different permeation rates of these components. It is these varying rates of permeation that allow our membranes to "filter" oxygen and water vapor from a stream of compressed air to produce dry nitrogen. The product nitrogen exits the end of each module for delivery to your specific process while oxygen-rich air can be available for use in other processes. Since the nitrogen membrane modules have no mving parts, they achieve highly reliable, continuous flows, dependent only on a supply of compressed air.
