Gas Control Equipments

Gas Control Equipments include Air / Gas Ratio Regulators, Solenoid Valves for Gas, Pressure Reducing Regulators, Control Valves for Air and Motors from KromSchroder. Air / Gas Ratio Regulators - Maintains constant gas/air ratio to optimise combustion; Internal low fire by-pass available; Wide regulating range; Inlet pressures up to 3 psig; For continuous, high/low and pre-heated air applications. Solenoid Valves for Gas - For natural gas, LPG, and air applications; Valve types include solenoid operated shutoff valves; Closed position Indicator, visual Indicator and over travel switch options available; Sizes from 1/8 inch to 4 inches; AC power supply - DC coil systems. Pressure Reducing Regulators - Low and medium pressure regulators; High regulating precision with various types of gaseous media; Inlet pressure up to 60 psig; Springs available for outlet pressure adjustments; Outlet pressure adjustment up to 100 inch WC; Sizes from 1/2 inch to 4 inches; Outlet pressure cut off. Control Valves for Air - Ideal for setting flow rates of air; Low leakage rates and pressure losses; Some models available with position indicator. Motors - Actuated via three step, continuous, or two-point signal; Infinitely adjustable switching cams standard for precise setting. Ignition Transformers - For ignition of gas burners; Compact dimensions for cabinet or wall mounting; Ignition and burner monitoring with common electrode. Pressure Switches for Gas & Air - Available for sensing gas pressure or air pressure; Sensing range of 0.2 inch WC to 7 psi for gas; Sensing range of 0.08 inch WC to 20 inch WC for air. Valve Proving Controls - Checks both shut-off valves for leakage; Prevents burner from starting if leak is detected; Testing before or after burner run; Separate pressure switch not required; Extremely safe due to self-monitoring electronics. Ball Valves, Filters, Orifice Assembly, Pressure Gauges - Ball valves with maximum operating pressures to 60 psi; Filters with maximum inlet pressures from 15 psi to 60 psi for gas and air; Orifice plate assemblies allow precise flow of natural gas and air; Pressure gage assemblies with push to test cock. Turbine Meters - For measurement of flow and volume (to 35000 CFH); Analog or LCD display head; Turndown range up to 20:1; Compact design with universal mounting position.
