- Ambetronics has designed a highly sensitive and reliable LPG/PNG Gas detection system that consist of powerful gas sensors that are capable of detecting even the smallest leak thereby alerting the workers and the concerned authorities before the situation gets out of control.
- These product technical features include measurement range for LPG gas 0 % LEL – 100 % LEL, accuracy ± 2% of the full scale value, resolution 1.0. Sensor used is pellistor/catalytic bead sensor/infrared sensor. It also comes with non-intrusive programming for flameproof model using magnetic pen and a two level audiovisual alarm indication using a buzzer cum flasher. For small kitchen sites, buzzer (with 80db loudness) can be used instead of using a hooter (of 100db loudness).
- Ambetronics gas detection system minimizes the risk of damage by automatically switching on the exhaust fan in order to ventilate the kitchen area, automatically switching off the gas valve in order to prevent further gas accumulation in air and remotely sending alert messages to concerned kitchen authorities by SIM module. It has flame-proof housing made up of cast aluminum alloy (LM-6), IP 65 compliant ensuring protection from water, oil fumes and dust, and ready-to-use with any DCS, PLC & Ambetronics Controllers. It has PESO, CCOE, CMRI & IP- 66 approved enclosures.
