Uninyvin cables are used for aircraft wiring, and panels of UPS systems. These cables are suitable for use where, in continuous service, no combination of ambient temperature and conductor current produces a stabilised conductor temperature in excess of 105(C. Standards are as per KSD-07-73. “Poly-Flex” single core, annealed tinned copper conductor, HR PVC insulation and nylon sheath/braided with lacquer. Uninyvin type electrical cables for aircraft are as per BS G.177 1961, and KSD-07-73-1993. (The maximum permissible conductor temperature is 105(C).
