It has all integrated manufacturing facilities including wire drawing, plating, stranding, insulation lines, braiding and armouring and sheathing for various materials like PVC, XLPE, PTFE, TEFLON, rubber all in-house and do not depend on job workers. The company offers Unarmoured PVC Control Cables (copper) with the following characteristics: normal working temperature – -20ºC to 70ºC; high working temperature – -20ºC to 90ºC; working voltage grade – 1100 V; test voltage – 3000 V; good resistance to thermal shock; and available in various colours. Technical data: good flexibility and 101% conductivity bending radius 15 x D. Make up: solid/fine strands of electrolytic grade annealed copper conductor tinned/bare, insulated with special grade PVC/general purpose/HR PVC, cores laid up (filled if needed), special grade PVC/general purpose PVC/FRLS PVC outer sheath. Reference standard: IS 1554 Part-1/1988. Packing: rolls of approx 100 mtr, spools or drums of approx 500 mtr. Applications: used in fixed wiring, panel wiring, transmission of low voltage signals, electric motors, DC power transformers, battery cables, instrumentation, wiring of control panels, etc.
