Solder Wires

B S Solders offers a wide range of flux cored Solder Wires and Solid Wires. All solid wires are manufactured out of high grade virgin metals available to meet the desired specifications and processed for high density and fine grain structure. Made from 100% imported metal alloys, these wires conform to Federal spec-QQ-S-571E. These solder wires are available with flux core with various percentage, they are non-activated (R), mildly activated (RMA), fully activated (RA) and UREA water soluble flux cored wires, PB free and also can be supplied with any other type of flux according to customer requirements. These solder wires are suitable for hand soldering of electronic and electrical assemblies. The company’s resin cored flux provides excellent wetting capillary, high reliability clean solder joint, non-corrosive, fungus and moisture resistant, the residual left after soldering need not to be removed in most cases flux residue is non-corrosive, non-conductive and non-tacky, can be removed by cleaner solvent. Technical advantages: excellent wetting characteristics; assures strong clean solder joints; flux used is high grade non-corrosive; exhibits excellent fluxing action on SMDS; and rapid melting due to activated flux and very low level impurity.
