RJ LT XLPE Cables

RJ Industrial Corporation, established in year 1988, is a professionally managed, cable manufacturing company, having pan India market presence and a very large satisfied customer base including leaders like ABB, BHEL, BEL, L&T, TATA, ESSAR, IL, DMRC, ECIL and large number of others. It has all integrated manufacturing facilities including wire drawing, plating, stranding, insulation lines, braiding and armouring and sheathing for various materials like PVC, XLPE, PTFE, TEFLON, rubber all in-house and do not depend on job workers. The company offers XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) Insulated Cables that are generally made as per Indian standard IS 7098 Part 1 and can also be made as per requirement of other standards like BS 5467 and IEC-60502, DIN, etc. These cables are made on most sophisticated machines, with all required testing and inspection from raw material stage to final cable stage. The advantage of XLPE insulated cables in comparison to those of PVC insulated cables are: technical advantages: higher current rating, higher short circuit rating (1.2 times of PVC), high insulation resistance – 1000 times of PVC, high resistance to moisture, better resistance to surge current, low dielectric loss, better resistance to chemicals and corrosion, long service life, high operating temperature and short circuit temperature 250degree celsius. Commercial advantage: lower laying cost because of light weight, comparatively less cable diameter, requires less size of cable trays/supports thus saves cost, and one size lower cable can be used as compared to PVC insulated cable.
