Characteristics: normal working temperature – -20°C to 70°C; high working temperature – -20°C to 90°C (HR); working voltage grade – 1100 V; test voltage – 3000 V; good resistance to thermal shock;a and available in various colours and bi-colours. Make up: fine strands of electrolytic grade annealed bare copper bunched in form of conductor; and insulated with special grade PVC and heat resistant PVC (HR) 6 High -20°C to 90°C. Reference standard: IS 694/90, IS 8130 and IS 1554 Part I. Packing: rolls of approx. 100 mtr, spools or drums of approx 500/1000/2000 mtr. Technical data: good flexibility and 101% conductivity bending radius 15 x D. Applications: used in fixed wiring, panel wiring, transmission of low voltage signals, electric motors, DC power transformers, battery cables, instrumentation, etc.
