Kamadhenu Wires is the manufacturer of a wide variety of wires and cables to the relevant IS specification under the brand name Power-Flex. The company has a large factory equipped with Reifenhauser machinery from Germany. The quality control laboratory is fully equipped with sophisticated testing equipment as per Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) specifications; and the flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) laboratory is equipped with testing equipment as per ASTM and IEC specifications. The company enforces a stringent quality assurance system starting by ensuring highest quality raw material at entry stage, in process control, in stage inspection and testing of products under every stage of processing. Power-Flex poly wrapped copper winding wires have the conductors wrapped and heat sealed with bi-axially oriented polyester and polypropylene tapes for insulation. The multiple layers of tape ensure concentricity around the conductor, high dielectric quality, very less leakage current and withstand operation even at 130?C temperature.
