Polyfibre Reels

Cabrol Group manufactures Polyfibre Reels for cables/conductors, hoses and tubing. These are available in flange diameter sizes of 30" (762 mm), 32" (813 mm), 35" (889 mm) 42" (1069 mm), 45" (1143 mm) and 50"(1270 mm) in polyfibre composite – PolypackTM. Applications: bare or insulated conductor of either aluminium or copper; plastic tubing, rubber hose; CATV cable; fibre optics cable; and aluminium tubing. Construction: flanges are compression moulded; recycled thermoplastic with wood fibre enforcement; and fibre or wood stave drums. Advantages: safer package – no splinters, sharp edges or nails; longer life; lighter weight than wood or steel reels; smooth payoff; ease of handling; reusable; and damaged flanges can be reused.
