These are special plastic cable glands with working temperature up to 150?C and the max intermittent temperature is 230?C. The body of gland is made by a very special polyamide material, of which the temperature is up to 150?C to 230?C, and the sealing rubbers (including washer) are made by a very special elastomer material, of which the working temperatures is up to 200?C. A new standard in high performance and the long life of the plastic cable gland for superior heat resistance is required. Compared to the heat resistant metallic gland, the heat resistant plastic gland will be much economic for applications. AVC cable glands also cover the whole spectrum of the standard, reduction and enlarged type sizes. These are suitable for any condition required, and available in Metric, PG, PF, NPT through in plastic and PF, PG thread in metals to corrugated tubing fittings. In addition to cable glands, the company is a specialized manufacturer of wiring accessories since 1973. All products are fully compliant with the RoHS directive, IP68 and UL approval for outdoor or indoor use.
