MIG Welding Cables

Associate Industries, an ISO-9002 registered company from NQR-QSR, manufactures Associate brand welding cables with copper and aluminium conductor and insulated with HOFR synthetic rubber conforming to IS 9857/90. The products manufactured are tested right from raw material stage to finished goods. MIG welding torch cables are manufactured from MIG welding cables or torch cables. The cable consists of polyurethane tube in the centre. Two Teflon wires are embedded in the conductor and then sheathed with NBR-PVC synthetic rubber. Polyurethane tube can be of various sizes, example 6.5 mm ID x 10 mm OD, 8 mm ID x 12 mm OD, etc. CO2 gas and electrode passes through the polyurethane tube. Teflon wires are used as switching cords. Different sizes of conductor can be used suitably according to the current carrying capacity required.
