Udey Pyro instrumentation signal cables are designed to provide additional protection against electrostatic noise, common mode noise magnetic and cross talk to achieve maximum reliability with tow level clean signal transmission from transmitters to analogue, digital, alarm systems, PLCs, dam, field bus, load cell, etc. These are specially designed for intrinsically safe application, ensure error free data transfer between the interface module and all connected nodes. These cables are manufactured as per BS 5308 Part I & II, IEC 1891, ENI. and are available from single pair to 61 pairs. The company specialises in designing and manufacturing custom made cables to precise specifications. Constructional features of these cables are: conductor – stranded or solid-standard sizes are 0.5 sq.mm, 0.75 sq.mm, 1.0 sq.mm and 1.5 sq.mm; insulation – PVC, HR PVC, XLPE, PE shielding – aluminium mylar, copper braid-individual pair and overall or only overall; inner sheath – PVC, HR PVC, FR PVC, XLPE, PE, FRLS PVC, zero halogen; armour – single wire/strip or square interlock, double steel tape; and outer sheath – PVC, HR PVC, FRLS PVC, PE, zero halogen. These cables are approved and recommended by all the major industrial consultants in India and overseas.
