High Temperature Cables

Tempsens Instruments, an ISO 9001: 2008 company, manufactures a wide range of high temperature compensating cables for thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S and B types. The company has started a new modern plant for manufacturing Compensating Cables. It is producing quality instrumentation cables with high standard of manufacturing process conforming to national and international specifications. The company provides cables for all types of thermocouples and RTDs. These cables are available in various insulations such as Teflon, Kapton, PVC, silicon, fibreglass, etc., from -200°C to 1200°C range. Different wire gauges ranging from 14 to 36 gauge (AWG/SWG) are also available. The company provides calibration certificates as per AMS 2750-D, ASTM E207, E220 and E230. Stainless steel and tinned copper wire overbraiding is an optional facility provided to give added protection from abrasion and mechanical damage. IEC, ANSI and JIS colour code is available to identify the cables. Colour codes can also be provided on customer requirements.
