High Temperature Ptfe Cables

Flu-Tef Industries offers a wide range of PTFE insulated silver plated copper wires and cables, in sizes 32 AWG to 6 AWG for use in high temperature applications with excellent thermal, physical and electrical properties. They are suitable for use at temperatures between -65?C and +200?C, are inert to most chemicals and fluids even at elevated temperature and pressure, resistant to soldering damage and suitable for high frequency applications. These wires and cables are approved by LCSO and CDOT and are manufactured and tested to JSS 51034 (equivalent to MIL-W-16878/20, 21 and 22) requirements. Comprehensive in-house production and test facilities are combined with a quality control system that assures a zero defect product and complete traceability of material and process data. The wires are available in ten solid colours and with colour striping for identification. Multi-core cables, up to 70 pairs, are available in various constructions such as twisted pairs, jacketed, twisted-shielded and jacketed, double shield, isolators between core and shield, etc. A wide range of wires is held in stock to effect immediate delivery. Supplies are made with comprehensive test report with actual test data. Constructions with nickel plated conductor is also available for use up to 260?C.
