Flux cored wires

Esab India offers a range of welding consumables. Dualshield 7100 Ultra is tubular type flux cored wire designed for single and multipass welding of low and medium carbon steels. The wire can be used with 100% CO2 gas shielding. The smooth metal transfer facilitates easy deposition of vertical up stringer beads. Fillet contour is slightly convex with equal leg length and uniform sidewall wetting. The weldmetal is consistently free of porosity for X ray soundness. The wire performs well over rusty plates and the weldmetal has very high impact toughness. This wire conforms to AWS A 5.20 E 71T 1 specification. In addition to these, the company also offers fluxcored wires for low alloy and stainless steels as well as for hardsurfacing.
