Flux Cored Wires

Maruti Coreflux, an ISO 9001-2000 company, is engaged in manufacture and sale of Flux Cored Wires. An associate of the well known Maruti Weld Limited welding consumables company, it specialises in flux cored wires for joining and surfacing.
Advantages of flux cored wire:

• The addition of flux to the continuous feeding welding wire gives us certain advantages over solid wire as under – forms a slag covering on the molten weld pool and protects it from atmosphere during solidification
• Flux enables addition of alloying elements to weld deposit for desired weld metal properties
• Increased deposition efficiency
• Better results in positional welding and thicker sections
• Stable arc which maintains smoothness and least spatter.

• Model HF-606 is a self shielded high carbon, high chromium flux cored wire designed specially for gouging abrasion conditions
• The weld deposit contains a high proportion of chromium carbide in a tough martensitic matrix
• The deposit is non machinable, only grinding is possible.
