These are ideal for wiring and cabling on commercial and industrial applications like, thermal/hydro power plants, oil refinery, fertilizer plants, boilers, air-conditioning, refrigeration plants, underground wiring on signals on express highways, multi-storey commercial complexes, hospitals and institutional buildings etc. These are best suited for railways, motor vehicles, internal wiring inside the machinery where S-bends are required. Standard (SFS Type) Standard "B-Flex" flexible metallic conduits consist of a combination of two layers of steel tapes and one layer of fiber / craft paper tape. The outer layer of zinc coated steel tape, intermediate layer of fiber or craft paper and inner layer of zinc coated steel tape are used. The width of these tapes depends upon the diameter of conduit and is tightly wound in a spiral, overlapping each other to form a continuous flexible pipe. Double threaded screws are applied in a spiral, which is the direction of layers, thus preventing the winding of the layers from becoming loose. Threads are automatically formed during the winding process. Special "B-Flex" conduits (SSF Type) are also available on special requests. These consist of outer layer of zinc coated steel tape, intermediate layer of zinc coated steel tape and inner layer of craft paper. The conduits are also available with PVC coating of SFS-P Type and SSF-P Type. The company also offers all kind of metallic tubes using copper or aluminium strip.
