Flame-retardant wires

Havell's India Ltd manufactures flame-retardant wires with double insulation and hence both electrical and abrasion protection. Uniform layer of conductor, perfect centre and diameter provide easy stripping reducing short-circuits. The wires are insulated with two distinct layers of PVC to provide protection against changing conditions of weather, water, heat and abrasion. High oxygen index feature of the wire reduces effect of heat and fire. These are self-extinguishing in case of short-circuit fire. High temperature index causes delay in ignition.
