Fibreglass Cable Trays

Ahmedabad-based Sumip Marketing Services supplies fibreglass cable trays that eliminate the risk of shock hazard. The trays are corrosion resistant and will not rust streak onto adjacent structures. These are made of polyester resin with length 3,000 mm and width ranging from 150 to 1,000 mm. Fibreglass cable trays are suitable for 30 to 120 kg/mtr linear load and 70 kg of concentrated load at the centre of the span with a safety factor of 2. These have high strength and do not require regular maintenance once installed. The high impact resistance make them return to original position without any permanent deflection or distortion with allowable loads. These products containing ultraviolet inhibiting additives in resin have low thermal conductivity. These are transparent to radio waves and have longer life compared to metal counterpart. The radius of bend is 300 mm and angle of bends is 45 or 90 degree. These are fire retardant in accordance with IS 6874-1994 and have coupler plates conforming to SS or FRP with SS 304 hardware.
