Riya Electrodes manufactures BZ, a high quality Electrode Wire that allows the widest array of uses. This product is based on integrated processing technology starting from the stage of casting. Most suitable composition: As Pb (lead) and other impurities degrade the performance of electrode wires, these are held at the lowest level. The company uses closely examined materials and improved electric discharge properties. In addition, it has been subjected to special surface treatment that is unique to Hitachi, so that no brass powder (chips) will be generated. High cutting speed: based on an arrangement to optimise the percentage of Zn (zinc), which improves discharging characteristics, cutting speed can be raised even under the same processing conditions.
- High dimensional precision – thanks to the use of a diamond dice of precisely controlled hole diameter, wire diameter tolerance and roundness tolerance are limited to 1?m and 1?m respectively
