Finolex Cables Limited, the flagship company of the Finolex Group started in 1956. It is India's most reputed and largest manufacturer of a wide range of electrical and telecommunication cables. All its manufacturing units have ISO 9001 certification. The company offers electrical wires for every segment of the construction industry. Each wire is manufactured using more than 99.97% pure electrolytic grade bright annealed bare copper with more than 100% conductivity. The conductor, made of multiple strands of finely drawn copper wires, offers great flexibility making it ideal for conduit wiring. The wires are insulated with a flame retardant (FR) PVC compound, specially formulated and manufactured in-house, using special grade PVC resin. The wires are ISI marked and approved by FIA/TAC. The range includes: Houseguard ? these multistrand PVC insulated electrical wires have added flame retardant (FR) properties with high oxygen and temperature index; and Flameguard ? these Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) wires have special flame retardant low smoke emitting and toxic fumes suppressing properties. These are ideal for multi-storied buildings, hospitals, commercial and residential complexes, etc., also available 180 mtr (double coil) and 270 mtr (triple coil) special project packaging.
