Copper Coated Steel Wires

Deqing Huacheng offers a Copper Coated Steel Wire. Steel packed by copper is made by the soft or hard steels based on heartwood, with the uniformity copper layer on its surface and fine admittance. It will not be flaked due to the heat treatment or mechanical processing because of good binding force of copper and steel core. It has a proper mechanical intensity and flexibility. The thickness of the copper layer can be expressed by conductivity, according to the client?s requirement between 20%-40%. Characteristics: electroplate steel packed by tinned copper is made by the electroplate method with the average tin or tin lead alloy on the surface of copper binding wire. Each coating incorporates tightly between copper coating with steel wire and copper coating with tin coating. It is able to bear from flaking; uniformity coating; strong bend proofing; strong tenacity and wring-proof; fine solder; and it is not easy to change colour for pure tin coating with lustre. Applications: down lead for each electronic parts such as capacitor, resistance device, semiconductor, etc; wire, cable conductor and each kind of material for wire shield weave.
