Viral Electronics offers Cables and wires. The range includes armoured/unarmoured power and control cables, house wires, PVC insulated auto and battery cables, welding cables, TIG welding cables, coaxial cables, thermocouple extension and compensating cables, screened/unscreened instrumentation cables, single/multi pair telephone cables, fire retardant cables and other cables. Keeping pace with the global developments in the cable industry, the company has indigenously developed a unique twin insulation (skinning) for the cores, wherein natural PVC without colour pigments surrounds the conductor and the coloured PVC is present only on the surface of the core. This results in an increase of insulation resistance by 4 to 5 times and, in turn, increases in the life of the cable. For ease of identification, single, two and four line markings are incorporated into the extrusion process, for auto cables. In case of multi core cables, besides colour coding, number printing on the cores can be provided for identification.
