Cable Carriers

Kabelschlepp India Pvt Ltd offers a new range of Cable Carriers, TKA 55 splash- and dustproof – now in 360 variants. The TKA cable carriers with their especially tight design reliably protect cables against dirt, filings and spray water. A total of 360 variants are currently available: The most recent additions to the TKA55 family are the versions with inner widths of 200, 225 and 250 mm. With the new versions, the TKA55 is now available in inner widths of 50 to 250 mm. The closed cable carriers were specially developed for usage in harsh surroundings with chips or dirt and effectively prevent the penetration of foreign bodies into the cable space. This particularly high level of protection for the installed cables into the connection area was tested and attested in line with IP54 by TÜV NORD. All TKA types are optionally also available in extremely heat-resistant versions: A special material reliably protects the cables against negative effects, e.g. from chips at temperatures up to 850°C. Typical fields of usage accordingly include the metal or wood processing industry, for example in machine tools or milling machines. The design of the sidebands and cover system additionally protects the cables against spray water from any angle and from the ingress of dust. Essential product properties are the optimized geometric shape of the chain links and a triple encapsulated stroke system, which allows extensive unsupported lengths while also being highly torsion-resistant. The integrated gliding surfaces make the cable carrier the ideal solution for long travel lengths. The covers can alternatively be opened inwardly or outwardly and provide a secure hold even with heavy mechanical loads, e.g., when using hydraulic lines. An internal damper system ensures noise and vibration damping. The company deals in cables, cable carriers, wipers, telescopic covers and link apron covers.
