Wire Drawing Machines

Krishna Engineering Works offer a wide range of dry and wet wire drawing machines. Multiple drawing machines - OTO type - (12 mm to 0.7 mm) have been supplied to the designed number of dies and various powers to suit the most varied technical drawing requirements. These are available in different sizes for attractive efforts up to 10,000 kg. Double Blocks - BB type - (12 mm to 2.5 mm) and Bull Blocks - (26 mm to 8 mm) are also offered. The machines are heavy duty and rated for continuous operations. The drawing capstan are made of special cast iron duly metallized by carbides. Reduction gears worm and worm wheel are of standard make. Both worm and wheel shafts are fitted with bearings capable of withstanding both radial and axial loads. The die box is adjustable, screw adjustment, is provided for correction. Splash oil lubrication is provided to the gears and bearings inside the block. Shoe type electro/pneumatically operated brakes are provided. The dies and capstans are cooled circulated water.
