Wire Sizing Machine

The wire-sizing machine WSC 20 has high capacity in sizing different types of wires. This model is equally suitable for solid section a copper enamel wire that has to be sized before winding process. The normal size range of this machine varies from 0.5 meter to 2.5 meter. Apart from these two sizes, other sizes are custom made. This machine is an electro-pneumatic, rotary fly arms floor mountable machine. Each of the fly arms is provided with a dedicated “cut” and “clamp” head, which operates in synchronized cycle to bring suitable size in wires as per the length set on the fly arms. The wire sizes vary from 1mm to 12 mm diameters with a production rate up to 2500 per hour.
