WIRE DRAWING PLANT, HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS

Singhs Industries, a NSIC-approved manufacturer of plant and machinery, offers a continuous wire drawing plant in horizontal type. There are five models in the range, with maximum diameter of wire 18 to 10 mm for the largest model, down to 8 to 10 mm for the smallest. The diameter of the drum varies from 900 to 725 mm. The net weight ranges from 900 kg to 2600 kg. The production capacity (per 8 hr shift) varies from 4 to 5 tonne for the small machine and 5 to 7 tonne for the larger model. The company also offers wire pointing machines to make the wire point to press from the wire drawing die to draw the wire in required gauge. Machines are fitted with special noiseless gears, rollers run under quality gun metal, precision-made on bearing bushes for durability. The pointing machines are available in four models.
