WIRE DRAWING MACHINES, VERTICAL TYPE

Singhs Industries, a NSIC-approved manufacturer of plant and machinery, offers a continuous wire drawing plant in vertical type. There are five models in the range, with maximum diameter of wire 10 to 4 mm for the smallest model, down to 12 to 20 mm for the largest. The diameter of the drum varies from 350 to 750 mm. The net weight ranges from 400 kg to 1000 kg. The production capacity (per 8 hr shift) varies from 400 to 600 kg for the small machine and 4 to 5 tonne for the larger model. The company also offers wire pointing machines to make the wire point to press from the wire drawing die to draw the wire in required gauge. Machines are fitted with special noiseless gears, rollers run under quality gun metal, precision-made on bearing bushes for durability. The pointing machines are available in four models.
